In the browser, people use a PokaMind button to record a meeting for analysis or ask a question of your own documents, and practice runs on a laptop or a phone. Coaches use a phone right after a session. The weekly digest arrives in a short feed. A test phishing email reaches the real inbox only when you decide to send one. EMORI, our desktop robot, runs practice by voice in a hospital break room, in pilot.

A person opens a scenario in the browser and talks out loud. An AI plays the other person, in character, and reacts to what they say. When the session ends, they get a written breakdown that points to specific moments: what they said, how they said it, what to change and questions for the next run. They can run it again straight away. All it needs is a browser, a microphone and a camera.

It depends on the tool. Practice runs in English, Arabic, Spanish, French, Italian, German, Catalan, Chinese and Swedish, and Arabic scenarios can be written in Egyptian or Saudi dialect. Meeting analysis is written in the meeting's own language, and the weekly digest in your company's language. The EMORI pilot runs in Catalan and English.

The audio and the transcript are kept. Who said what is worked out from the words, and PokaMind does not recognize anyone by voice. It connects to no meeting platform.

No. A practice session records what anyone in the room could see or hear: what was said, tone and pace of voice, pauses, expression, eye contact and posture. PokaMind is designed not to infer emotions, mood, stress, personality or intent, and it does not identify anyone from their face or voice.

It depends on the tool. In practice, the person who practiced sees their written breakdown, and managers and program owners see practice activity and session scores over time, never the conversation, the transcript or the breakdown. A coaching note goes to the person it is about, after the coach has checked it. In the weekly digest, the person who approves it decides who sees each post. PokaMind is not used to hire, promote, screen or rank people.

Session data is encrypted in storage and in transit and handled in line with GDPR. We share our security documentation and data processing terms during evaluation.

Both. PokaMind is software, and our team builds each tool with yours, from your own material. Every tool runs on the same PokaMind platform, so each new one starts from what is already built. For practice, your own program owners can edit scenarios and add new ones after the first build.
