Build it from your material
You share what the job runs on, such as a playbook, a policy or a list of skills. We build the tool, your subject expert checks it, and we test it before your people use it.
Your people use it
Where the work happens: in the browser, on a phone after a session, in a weekly feed, or by voice on EMORI, our desktop robot in pilot. We say plainly what each tool keeps.
Look at it together, then pick the next one
We review how it went against what we agreed and choose the next situation with you. For practice, we also show your program owners how to edit and add scenarios.
What we have built so far
Teams at ABB, BioInvent and Career 180 have used PokaMind for practice and training. EMORI is in pilot at Badalona Serveis Assistencials, where the practice was designed with the hospital’s own team, in Catalan.

What we will not build
- No tools for hiring, screening or ranking people.
- No face or voice identification.

Pricing
PokaMind is licensed per organization, based on how many people use it and which parts of the platform you run. We quote the first build before it starts, once we have seen your material.
