PokaMind Coach

A coach records one voice note. Each person gets their own note.

Built with a swim school.

Animated demo of PokaMind Coach with example data. A swim coach holds a button and talks for a minute, sees the voice note checked for clarity, gets a drafted note for each swimmer, edits one, checks it and sends it in the swimmer's language.

At a swim school

Instructors say one short note after each lesson. Each swimmer gets their own, and the next lesson starts where the last one ended.

For Erik, from Ana, his instructor

Lesson
Adult improvers, Tuesday evening.
What went well
You kept a still head in the glide.
Next lesson starts with
Two lengths of glide, then breathing to the side.

How it works, and what it never does

Who it is for

  • Team leads after a training session, for the people who asked for feedback. Not for performance reviews.
  • Talk for a minute after a session. Each person gets their own note: what went well, what to work on, next time.
  • Your voice note is checked for clarity first, so every point lands in the right person's note. You also see your own pace and filler words, if you want to.
  • You check and edit every note before it goes out.
  • Each person's notes build into a thread over the season.
  • Notes in each person's own language.
  • A plan for the next session, drafted from your last notes, for you to edit.
  • For any coaching: sport, music, workshops.

What is kept

  • The coach's voice recording is not kept, only the text.
  • It never grades, scores or ranks anyone from a coach's note.
  • PokaMind is designed not to read emotions, mood or personality, and it does not infer anyone's origin, ethnicity, nationality or cultural background. It does not recognize anyone by face or voice, and it is not used to hire, screen, evaluate or rank people.

What it never does

  • It records only when the coach presses record, and the audio is not kept.
  • Each note goes only to the person it is for, after the coach checks it.
  • No model grades anyone, and it is not for performance reviews.
  • It does not read emotions from the coach's voice.
  • The coach decides what every note says.
  • Every note is marked as drafted by AI and checked by the coach.
  • Read the privacy notice (opens in a new tab).
