Coaching notes that reach each person
After a session, the coach talks for a minute. Each person gets their own note, and the coach checks every one before it goes out.
For Maria, from Jonas, her team lead
- What went well
- You asked what the customer had already tried before you suggested anything.
- What to work on
- Give a time for the next update before you end the call.
- Try next time
- Say the time out loud, then add it to the case notes.
After the session
- The coach talks, or types, one note about the session.
- It becomes a short note for each person: how it went, what went well, what to work on and what to try next time.
- The coach reads every note and can reword or remove anything before it goes out.
- People can reply with a question, and the coach answers.
At a swim school, the next lesson starts where the last one ended
Instructors say one short note after each lesson, and it becomes a note for each swimmer. Before the next lesson, they see what the group did last time.
The register takes one tap per swimmer, and the week's lessons sit on one screen.
Built for a swim school.
For Erik, from Ana, his instructor
- Lesson
- Adult improvers, Tuesday evening.
- What went well
- You kept a still head in the glide.
- Next lesson starts with
- Two lengths of glide, then breathing to the side.
What is kept
- The coach's voice recording is not kept, only the text.
- It never grades, scores or ranks anyone from a coach's note.
- PokaMind is designed not to read emotions, mood or personality. It does not recognize anyone by face or voice, and it is not used to hire, screen or rank people.
