Practice for the conversations that matter
AI roleplay built from your playbooks. Sales, service and frontline teams practice their hardest conversations, then get a written breakdown.

The AI, playing Alex Renner, procurement lead
“I have a cheaper quote on my desk. Tell me why we should renew.”
Your rep
“What has changed on your side since last year?”
A practice session
A person opens a scenario in the browser and talks out loud. An AI plays the other person, in character, using your playbooks and policies, and reacts to what they say. There is nothing to install: a browser, a microphone and a camera are enough.
Practice runs in
- English,
- Arabic,
- Spanish,
- French,
- Italian,
- German,
- Catalan,
- Chinese and
- Swedish.
The written breakdown
When the session ends, the person gets a written breakdown that points to specific moments: what they said and how they said it.
Example: a renewal that went quiet
- Strengths
- You asked before you priced.
- Development opportunities
- State the ask once, without qualifiers.
- Questions to carry forward
- What would you say if they asked for the discount again?
Start with the conversation that costs you most
The AI playsAlex Renner, procurement lead
“I have a cheaper quote on my desk and a target to cut supplier spend this quarter. Tell me why we should renew.”
The AI playsPriya Raman, operations manager at a customer account
“I have explained this twice already. Do you actually have my file open, or not?”
The AI playsMorgan Vale, operations director at the account
“Before we start, are you going to be here in a month? The last two were not.”
The AI playsCasey Lund, senior engineer on your team
“Is this the part where you tell me I am not pulling my weight?”
The AI playsSarah, patient, waiting
“Nobody here will tell me anything. Am I being seen today, or not?”
The AI playsSara, team lead, under delivery pressure
“The extra login step was costing us twenty minutes a day. I made a call.”
Short courses and drills
- A short course from your handbook
- Give us the handbook nobody reads. Your people get a short course from it, with questions and quick drills. Someone on your side checks it before anyone sees it.
- Security drills
- Short drills on your own security policy, and a test phishing email in the real inbox, sent only when you decide. A click on a test email becomes a short lesson. First built for a client's IT security team.
- What managers see
- Practice activity and session scores for each person, over time. They never see the conversation, the transcript or the written breakdown.

On a robot, too
The same practice runs on EMORI, a small robot in a hospital break room, by voice.
